Your support will help us to continue to offer visitors a glimpse into your heritage and into the history of the North Carolina farmer. North Carolina’s farmers were, and still are a major factor to the State’s economy and future. We are proud to be showcasing the tobacco farmer of the past, and hope with your continued support, to present new exhibits and programs. As a “Friend of the Museum” you will get first notice of any new exhibits and of the many events the Museum holds during the year. The Tobacco Farm Life Museum is a private educational, non-profit organization, which is dependent on individual, business, and corporate donations for its continued growth. The Museum does not receive state or federal dollars to support its operation. You can help preserve your past by completing your “Friends of the Museum” information and returning it to us. The Museum is internationally recognized and is a member of several state and national organizations and we have won several awards recognizing our programs and restoration of the Iredell Brown Farmstead. Join us in this recognition by renewing your membership. “Friends of the Museum” members assist in the operation and maintenance of the museum and its year-round educational programs.
