Woodard, Nancy Stancil

September 25, 1897 - March 9, 1993

Nancy Stancil Woodard was the daughter of Joseph and Nancy Creech Stancil. She was a wife, mother and homemaker. She was born in the Creech's Church area in Johnston County. After her marriage to Elijah Paul Woodard, they lived in the Glendale community and raised their family there.

Nancy was the loving mother of five children:
Ruby W. Creech
Rudolph Woodard
Vashti W. Brame
Mildred W. Rains
Joseph P. Woodard






Her husband preceded her in death in 1963. In 1966, she moved to Kenly where she lived until her death in 1993.
